Sims with 24, 9, 2 and a W?? Let’s go Big Hank… @benjeeballgame: Stevens singled out Henry Sims for "dominating" the paint for Philly. Dominating. Great post YaBoy. Thanks! Henry looking much more comfortable and fluid than last I saw him. No question he looks like a player in that clip.

Great to see another Hoya getting a chance at redemption.

Henry is playing as well, it seems to me from just the box scores, as any of the Hoyas, although Greg has been a beast on the boards lately.

Sims: 11 and 11 in the loss to BK
Otto: 5pts 3 boards and an assist in 7 min
Monroe: 21 and 7
Hollis: 18 pts 6-8 from 3 yeesh. 2 of those 6 were in the last 30-40 seconds. Hollis has always been a clutch shooter though.

Max Rappaport @maxrappaport 4h After tonight's 6-of-8 3pt performance, Hollis Thompson is now shooting 40.8% from beyond the arc. He's one of 18 rooks ever to top 40%!
Khandyman.com @khandymansports 5h Since the All-Star break, Hollis Thompson shooting 44% from beyond the arc. Emerged as #Sixers primary sharpshooter.

Less good NBA news lately with Roy. Awful start and then benched. Rumors of locker room issues. Doesn't seem like the public persona of Roy--can't claim to have much of a handle of the real young man.

Less good NBA news lately with Roy. Awful start and then benched. Rumors of locker room issues. Doesn't seem like the public persona of Roy--can't claim to have much of a handle of the real young man. Honestly, Roy needs to grow up. For someone who has struggled as much as he has lately, it was more than questionable for him to call out teammates for being selfish while also decrying his lack of touches. Today, he again starts off terribly, gets benched with the entire starting five, and sits on the bench like he doesn't want to be there. After a poor first half, he is benched to start the second half. This happened as well: Candace Buckner @candacedbuckner 6h Hibbert and Bynum, who is inactive, the first ones to peel away from the team huddle - while it was still going on during this timeout Candace Buckner @candacedbuckner 6h Again, only checking out body language: Roy Hibbert has not looked in the direction of Vogel or what he's drawing up this entire TO Candace Buckner @candacedbuckner 6h Hibbert was watching "King of the Hill" promo while teammates focused in. Very, very poor body language from one of the "leaders" of this tm Roy, cut out the diva act and be the leader your team needs, not a big baby who pouts when things don't go his way. That team us imploding before our eyes and now isn't the time to fold the tent because it's harder to lead than it is to do nothing and hope whatever is going wrong with your team just fixes itself.

Didn't see the game but this team does seem to be imploding before our eyes.
I do think Roy is the entire problem, but he certainly isn't helping.
I actually don't know what went wrong. They started losing some more games. And then all of a sudden they are trash talking in the media (maybe just Roy).

This is not the Roy that I remember....
I think it is the NBA fame and money that has ruined him. I was very disappointed in him already last year when he cussed and used gay slurs during an interview that got him a fine. Maybe he wants to look tough and griddy, but it is certainly back-firing. Him to also blame some players to be selfish when he is supposed to be one of the leaders on the team was also disappointing.
And he is playing horribly right now. Don't think any one considers that he will win the DPOY anymore.

Saying he's changed would imply that you knew what he was really about before, or even now.
But I read it as coach made changes that worked and they simply reverted back to their old ways and not following what had them winning. Id be frustrated too. Sometimes as a leader all you can do to light a fire under your teammates is through the media method

None of us know what is going on. The whole team is falling apart so this is a whole team dynamic. Roy was made the scapegoat yesterday for whatever reason and he wasn't happy about it. Maybe Roy needs to go out and slap the floor a couple of times, so all the idiot reporters will write about what a great competitor he is.
Beat reporters who tweet about body language lose all credibility. Leave the stupid amateur psychoanalysis to blogs and message boards.
Adding Evan Turner and Andrew Bynum to the team may not be responsible for the problems, but it does appear that what once appeared to be unselfish players are now more focused on their share of shot attempts than on the scores of the games.

Silly to pin it all on Roy. The whole team has been playing awful for months and its been getting worse not better. Roy didn't suddenly become some bad guy or a locker room problem. He's mad and frustrated with himself and with his teammates, which is what all of them are probably feeling right now.

Not sure what has happened with the Pacers, but they have indeed imploded. Some think Danny Granger's departure hurt them a lot more than anyone will admit-- not because of his on-court play (which isn't close to the level it once was), but because of his locker room cred.
I've also heard that the ball used to go through Hibbert and West to get the offensive sets started, but now it goes through George primarily?
Anyway, not good that Roy is on the bench paying little or no mind to the huddle. I know he's frustrated beyond belief, but he's one of the team leaders and in many respects the face of the franchise.
