Happy was in cinci in 65. Nevada is correct we did catch some real negative press from some of our fans antics and verbal comments during that game. Not a highlight for the school or the program.

1. Kentucky semi-final in '84 2. Houston final '84 3. UNC final loss in '82 4. UNC win in 2007 to get to the FF That's a good list! As others have mentioned, the Big East Final against SUcks, the Sweater game and the destruction of the Johnnies at the Garden should be there, too. For sheer drama and improbability, the comeback against BC deserves a mention.

No one has mentioned the annihilation of St John's in the national semis. They were an excellent team but we took them 3 out of 4 that year, the last one the most significant.

And how can we forget the "Manley is Officially Closed" Game Gets my vote; the game that put Hoya basketball on the map and in the national spotlight. Everything that has followed is just gravy.

I'd like to do it by decades. The 80s have been very well covered. For the 2000s,
UNC in regional final BE championship over Pitt Duke at Verizon #1 Jeff beats Vandy in regional final Jeff beats ND in BE semifinal Roy beats UConn Duke @ Verizon #2
I wasn't paying as much attention in the 90s and would be interested in seeing others' thoughts.

Not sure how big this bracket will be, but The game against Nova during the snow storm was pretty awesome.

For regular season games, Hoyas win at 'Cuse with Smitty going coast-to-coast at the buzzer has to be included.

Don't forget win vs. Ohio State to get to Sweet 16 in 2006, very big win for the program. Most underrated win imo.

I'd add Austin beats UConn also. That 30 point half was crazy.

As far as the 90's go ...the game that stands out for me was iverson and gang's beat down of uconn here in dc in '96. Believe we beat a Ray Allen team by 20. Just two days before that game we beat down a lorenzen wright led Memphis team. That for me was the best of the 90's.

My sleeper is the triple OT game against UVA in the NIT. I know it wasn't a high profile game, but it was a battle. I think we were down almost 20 in the second half. I remember watching that game from New South. Everyone on our floor was going crazy.

The BE Championship against Pitt was amazing. Just how we completely dominated a team that had pretty much been our equal. And NO letdown after the big comeback against ND the night before. Really showed we had something with that club. Anyone want to ad the gut check regular season BE championship win at home on Senior Day against L'ville? DuJuan and a young Austin came up pretty big.

Really showed we had something with that club. It didn't end up nearly that bad, but Hoyas were up I think 60-32 against the #13 team in the country. That's like a preseason cupcake score, and Pitt was #13 in the AP poll. The Duke and UNC games meant more, but to take apart a good team like that was just awesome.
