I thought I would start a combined thread on these two games, since both interest us. After being down 25 early in the second half, BC now trails by 6 with about 6 minutes left. WVU totally shot the lights out from 3 point range in the first half.
As for the Twerps, they trail by 11 (YES!) with about 10 minutes left. Go Clemson! The mighty Clemson Tiger is never at a loss!

Ding dong, BC is dead....Don't let the door hit you on the way out you backstabbing, money grubbing ACC doormats.
Good riddance to bad rubbish.

Outstanding developments. We all know from Digger and Dookie V that this just opens the door further for ND to get in, and the Twerps will get the benefit of the doubt from playing in that super-duper-dandy of a conference that is the ACC. But still, a nice development.

Does this mean the pep rally is cancelled? If so, what a pity. Where else will Maryland students organize themselves to riot and burn down campus buildings this postseason?

I think WVU just punched its ticket to the Dance. As for BC, I'm guessing they will now be a 3 or 4 seed. Did anyone notice that Craig Smith shot 9 for 9 today, but it still wasn't enough?
As for the Twerps, there is no way in hell they can possibly be in. I don't care if they beat the Detroit Pistons twice. Their total body of work just doesn't get it done. And as I mentioned in another post yesterday, the Committee is now required to invoke the little-known "Any team that loses to Clemson thrice in one year can't play in our tournament" rule. See ya in the NIT, Twerps.
Along with Notre Dame. I think they've blown it. They've pretty much proved themselves to be little more than donkey dung away from home. Heck, if ND gets invited, they might as well invite Oregon St (8-1 in the Pac 10 at home, 0-9 on the road).

It's not all good news today.
Buffalo won today. We need either them or Miami of Ohio to win the MAC and the other to do poorly in the MAC tourney.
