Staff would be smart to lock Christon up as soon as they can.

No, not really.. but I'd rather take him now and still work on those 2 instead of missing on all of them and being left having to pursue/take Robinson.

Tough to look at that list and then realize that the Hoyas only have 1 available scholarship as it stands.
That said, two if Hollis goes pro (either this year or next). Three, if another guy transfers. Four, if Bolden ends up not coming.

Three, if another guy transfers. Four, if Bolden ends up not coming. As we've seen, if someone wants to come, room will become available. However, seeing someone like Jerami Grant ranked that high tells me that this class isn't that strong and if we used our one available schollie on a point like Christon and then another - if Hollis leaves - on a combo like DSR, I'd be perfectly fine with a three-man class of Christon, DSR and Bolden.

Call me crazy but I am going to hope until the end that Andre Drummond and Kyle Anderson join the Hoyas. I think we are as well-positioned as anyone with Anderson, and anyone who tells you they know the real story about Drummond is a liar. All we do know in regards to the Drummond recrutiment is that JTIII was trailing him last summer and the Hoyas are on his list.

I'd love to get two of: Anderson DSR York Christon
AND a BIG guy. Parker, Drummond, someone.
Next year, Clark leaves for sure. Probably Hollis. And at least one more between this year (not done yet) and next? Seems like a sure thing to me.

There's really not much news about Drummond's recruiting ever, which I find really strange. If I had to guess, I'd say he's going to UConn, or maybe even waiting to see how the new CBA shakes out. We are on his list though, so I guess we shouldn't totally rule it out. That would be absolutely unbelievable.

Well, another scholarship just opened up... think we hold it for 2012 or try to pick up another 11?

With Christon reclassifying to 12, I think we'll hold it. If he was still class of 11, I couldve seen us making a push.

If Hollis jumps after this year, that makes 3 schollies--Anderson, DSR, Parker/Drummond would then work for me!

My ideal situation would be Hollis stays for his senior season, we land Anderson, Parker/Drummond, and DSR, and make a serious run at the title in 2013. That team would be stacked.

Let's be real about the scholarships. More are gonna open up. We've got 6 freshmen on the team for next year, in addition to several upperclassmen who are shoo-ins for major minutes. At least one and probably a couple of those freshman are gonna be on the outside of the rotation, and they're going to move on just the way Vee, JB, etc. did. We don't know who and we don't know exactly when, but it'll happen. Right now I'm sure the staff doesn't know exactly how many scholarships they're playing with, but they'll definitely have more than just Jason and Henry's. I expect a 4 or 5 man class next year--the scholarships coming from Jason, Henry, Hollis, JB and possibly one more transfer after next year.
For me the ideal class would be Anderson + either York or DSR and then Pollard, Bolden, Parker up front. I doubt we can pluck Pollard out of the ACC though, so he's sort of out. Anderson will be the most interesting recruit, because I do think we've got a shot. I don't like our chances with Parker, and think Ware will go to Bama or Ole Miss with Pollard.
My GUESS, very early, is Christon, DSR, Bolden, and a big guy who we haven't yet heard of or are not talking about.
