Oh my, I hope not. He and Chris Wright good friends. I thought that would help persuade him our way.

What is your basis for saying Starks has attitude problems? All year he seemed enthusiastic and well into games. His offensive production was limited, but he also received very limited minutes for most of the year. It's impossible to know how Starks will develop, but I don't see a reason for such pessimism.

Wasn't that comment referring to Cook?

I would hope that this board would be kinder to Starks than it was to Chris. We all saw how valuable to the team Chris was when he got hurt.I personally think that Chris was better as a freshman than Starks is right now, but that's only my opinion. As BTB says that we need a good PG to win consistently, lewt's pray Starks is the answer, because III has not recruited Chris's replacement yet.
Support our new players because they are the future.

Depends on how Georgetown chooses to play---if they want to continue to operate the "System"--then it's far more important to get another "Jeff Green/Greg Monroe" type of facilitator with wings who are interchangeable and having guards who can shoot from outside then a true pg. Jon Wallace shooting ability is what made him important--he wasn't a true point at all--which is why Sapp handled a lot of the pg duties against pressure and Wallace played more 2G in halfcourt as well. If you want to change/be more versatile--need a traditional PG.

Guy has attitude problems and I think he will be a bust. Sorry was talking about Q. Cook. I love Starks attitude and am extremely excited to have him leading this team for the next 3 years. I think he is going to open some eyes next year.

I don't think so, I'm right behind the bench Starks is showing great leadership and movtivation and off of the court especially on the bench he's the Hoya biggest cheerleader...I don't know where he got this from and plus this has been my point all year The Year of the Point Guard!

Can we all agree that we're going to read the actual posts - particularly those where people are clarifying what they were trying to say - before responding to them? #justanidea

I think he is going to open some eyes next year. Cook is just fine his attitude is a winning one, his teammates were not being attentive, I sat right behind the Oak Hill bench and Montrose bench, but Cook have controlled his emotions a little more but it was more of a winning attitude nothing negative. I remember when they were down he would sometimes show that emotion on the court in which he probably shouldn't because lots of folks took that as being negative, but when he came to the bench he would constructively tell his teammates the deal and sometimes did it with a smile....I have his ups and downs and when he was down he smiled, it truly amazed me to see him go from being frustrated to saying okay okay lemme just settle down and win and he did he came up a lil short...
