Lamar A. Patterson, 19, was charged Friday with identity fraud and theft in relation to a December incident at a Lancaster Township restaurant.
Patterson, who had lived on Judie Lane but is at Pitt for the spring semester, was carrying his older brother's identification while skipping out on a food tab, according to police.
Patterson was with two other people on Dec. 29 who ran a tab of $30, then left without paying, police allege.
Manheim Township police charged Patterson with providing false identification to law enforcement, carrying false identification and theft.
