Excellent stuff Ambassador! Absolutely right on IMHO, especially #3. Can anyone explain why this team is so horrible in transition? Horrible in transition? Maybe a few mistakes on Saturday, but any other time other than ND I don't think so #whatgamesishewatching??? LOL! Yes, horrible in transition. This team has some of the ugliest fastbreaks I see from major D1 teams. They seem to never have the proper spacing and the 2ndary break(which a team like this should thrive on) is non-existent. I think this leads to the troubles the team has with rebounding. If I were coaching against them I'd send 3-4 players to the offensive glass because the threat of converted run-outs are low. I'm not a troll or a hater btw.

Past 2 games have been poor in terms of the transition game. I personally think it's the exception and not the rule. We have been, at times, deadly in transition. Most of the time we're well above average. In fact, we're typically at our best when we're running.

the Notre Dame game there were no transition in the first half and in the second half only about 1 or 2 transitional points, yesterday's game was a lot better going into the SJ game tomorrow. I'm just glad our defense picked up in the second half and Hoyas figured out that if they take the 3 ball away from us or we not shooting the 3 ball, then let's attack the basket. I think there were more positives than negatives yesterday or it may be even, but I like the way the Hoyas played tough and smarter in the 2nd half and got the W. I just don't know why some, not all folks have sooooooooo many negative complaints and then they start bringing up the past about this and that. You can't live your life in the past, so why should the Hoyas live the lives and basketball in the past? This is a new season and doggone sure a new year, so Happy New Year and let's be more positive with our Hoyas.
