Can someone explain to me why MASN is showing a UConn game during the ODU game and not ours and a freaking South Florida game during our Tulane game?
MOD NOTE: Thread title changed to consolidate discussion on how to find the ODU game on TV or online.

My guess is because the ODU game is an away game which means ODU's TV rights take priority over ours since were in the same TV market. For the Tulane game, ESPN3.com has the rights to that game, so MASN isn't allowed to air it as well.
That being said its pretty easy to get a feed of an ESPN3.com from JustinTV or Channelsurfing.net if you don't have a ESPN3 friendly ISP.
For the first game, your probably going to have to find a sports bar with DirecTV and the Sportspack. (And hope the game isn't blacked out).

I actually prefer to have is on MASN or something and go to a sports bar, but CSN+ isn't on directv (there is a CSNa but nothing is listed). Is it on DirecTV?

According to CSN DC its on channel 643 but not in HD. Here is the URL: www.csnwashington.com/common/medialib/102/channellistings.pdf

If you have RCN in DC, it's on channel 371. No HD options though...

Thanks. That's the CSNa, with no listings. I may try to get it at the bar, but I'm a little wary of DTV putting a different game on there.

Also, as was mentioned by someone in another thread, ESPN3 is available through XBox live now as well just in case the game is broadcast there. Might I add that it's a great excuse to your significant other for purchasing the black hole of time and space that is the XBox all in the name of supporting your alma mater. Just sayin'.

I set it up to record last night on DirecTV channel 643, since the advance listings finally showed GU-ODU (overflow channels don't always seem to display their next event until the previous one has concluded). My experience the last couple years has been that CBB games are not blacked out on DirecTV's SportsPack, even if available on FullCourt.

Anyone know where one can watch the ODU game in SF? I'm going to check the Bus Stop tomorrow, but if it's available on DirecTV, it'll be on there.

What are the odds of finding this on something like sopcast or Justin TV? I am not a regular user of those sites, but would like to check out this game, and have yet to find a sports bar in Boston that has any idea how to operate their satellite package, much less one that is likely to mess around with it on a Friday night.

Apparently not all of the NY outlets have been informed of (or have chosen to pick up) this programming - Cablevision is still listing UCONN - Stonybrook on SNY @ 7:00 PM Friday.
