i hope the hoyas do not get to outside shot happy.i think we can go inside to vaughn.i truly believe we would be beter off going inside to vaughn first option.everyone will be expecting us to shoot threes all the time.i think vaughn is going to be a force if we go to him,jt3 said he is up to 260lbs,put on thirty pounds of muscle.and he should be better.i think he can get12pts and 8 rebounds a game.that will open up the threes. we can not just hoist up threes all game . we need to go inside out.
go hoyas!!!!!!

I definitely don't want to be in a situation where we live by the 3 and die by the 3 but going into Vaughn as a first option won't work IMO. Our offense has always been run through someone with extraordinary passing skills (Jeff, then Roy, then Greg) and although Julian will definitely be a legitimate presence inside he's not a "modern" Georgetown big man that runs the offense. We'll have to see what adjustments JTIII makes to the system.

Our 1-3 will need to be guarded, thus leaving plenty of space inside when compared to recent years. If our guards/Hollis shoot in the higher percentages, Vaughn & co. could have a filed day. Nate could clean up and put back the misses.

I think Julian will operate quite well against single coverage. Drop that jump hook right in consistently.

JuJu looked vastly improved and cut this sumeer. Looking for a big year from him, it's his last shot to do something BIG. It all depends on the supporting cast and how they work with him

julian { see open practice} but you could see hustle and strength adn toughness and he looked like he added the 30lbs ofmuscle the coach said.. he looked somewhat greglike in the high post a few GREAT passes hitting the guys cutting for easy layups.. sooooooo LET THE GAMES BEGIN..

Our offense produces lots of layups/close in shots for everyone, so I don't think wildly jacking up threes will be an issue.
