ESPN's Class of 2010 intro: sports.espn.go.com/ncaa/recruiting/basketball/mens/news/story?id=5686453"Best Finisher, Big The Georgetown Hoyas are going to get a lot of mileage out of power forward Nate Lubick. He's a blue-collar guy with a big motor. You can't go wrong with a guy like this." Nate is definitely going to get the opp to shine with our multi-player approach to the 4. If he is turns out to be the best finisher, big, of the Class of 2010, then we're golden at the 4.

What? They didn't call him a "gym rat?"
That's unconscionable.
I guess "blue collar guy" will have to do. Though they could at least tell us that Nate's "got a lot of heart."

Love the reporting on Nate. Unfortunately, it brings up ugly thoughts of Hansbrough..... I guess ugly thoughts with Hansbrough was redundant. Apologies.

He's a scrapper. Gets the most out of his talent.

Nate's the kind of guy who brings his lunch bucket to the court each day.

Although not the fastest at his position, I'm sure Nate's basketball IQ is through the roof.

Nate might not be the fastest guy in the world but he sure would beat Hansbrough hands down. I don't think speed will be a factor - he's fast enough

He's a cerebral player. He just gets things done. David Blue where are you?

We should temper expectations, I think. Our team is full of question marks, not the least is the PF slot. Plenty to be excited about, but it is not exactly encouraging if the HC asks for the fans' help.
Anyway, my $.02.

Michael Jordan was the most competitive player I've ever seen. But no one outcompetes Nate Lubick.

The guy has a nose for the basketball. He brings a load of intangibles to the court.

I enjoy that about half of us realize what Boz started in this thread, and the other half are really discussing Nate Lubick.

He may not be the most athletic hacky-sack player in the Big East, but nobody will underestimate Nate's motor when he's eating fro-yo and listening to Dave Matthews.

And what about that Markel Starks? He's so articulate and polite!
