6'8", 198 lb. lefty claims Hoyas offered him a schollie today, according to Rivals UGA writer Dan McDonald. Played at Pebblebrooke High School in Austell, Ga. last season but is transferring to Oak Hill.
Ranked 68th by Rivals, which lists him at 6'6", 198.
NR by ESPN lists him at 6'4", 175.
NR by Scout who also lists him at 6'4, 175.
Also claims offers from Wake Forest, Marquette, Alabama, Auburn, Tennessee, Vanderbilt, Georgia, Georgia Southern, Georgia Tech, South Carolina, and Syracuse.
Says in interview on Rivals that he likes the whole SEC, but Georgia sticks out the most. Also says that when he chooses a college, he'll be looking at players at his position, the earliest place he can go play, the campus and the people around it, and his relationship with coaches. Also says he wants to play for a run-and-gun type of team that's gets up and down the floor.
Says he plans on making a decision next summer.

Seems like Rivals is the only one that has updated his info recently. Since he leans strongly towards the SEC I'd guess this is a Kirby recruit. He can get PT almost immediately if he comes here...not sure if we are exactly run and gun but he may like what he sees on offense today.

The funny thing is for the negativity thats thrown out to recruits about the offense, when you look at it players actually get more touches in this style of offense than many others. Plus, your skill set is almost assured to grown; especially with III at the helm. The players in this system that have wanted to get better have gotten better once they bought into the offense.

Well, hopefully he is a LOT closer to that 6'8" mark than 6'4".
