Lunardi still has us in too. At least that's what I'm assuming based on his ESPN News appearances. His last 4 in are WVU, Buffalo, Wichita St. and (some mid I forgot). His last 4 out are Miami, Virginia Tech, Indiana and Houston. And we're still ahead of all eight. Something that we will definately still be after we take care of the Huskies. Us Hoyas have always been better with dogs anyway ;D

This is exciting news, although I think Hoya fans should prepare themselves for all possibilities moving forward. While it is disappointing to think in those terms, we have to realize we have exceeded most rational expectations to this point, and our disappointment only results from our not meeting expectations that were revised upward during the season. That's a lot different from underachieving pre-season expectations, which we've done for the past X years.

Lunardi was just on Sportscenter and he has us in right now, but on the bubble. However, the really really good news is this thought:
That, of course, means that if we beat PC and win our first round tournament game (should be very very winnable) we'll be dancing.
Looks like the reports of our NCAA hopes' death is premature!!

Well, I think we're alive insofar as we have two more opportunities to get to 10 regular season BE wins. I would say we're still in trouble because UCONN is going to be a tough out on their home floor.

That, of course, means that if we beat PC and win our first round tournament game (should be very very winnable) we'll be dancing I don't see how 18-11 (losses at UConn and in the BET quarters, wins over Providence and...Providence? in the first round of the BET) means we'll be safely in. I think, with a little help from other teams, we could make it, but seeing double-digits in the loss column just doesn't make me very confident.
