At this point wouldn't we want to start weeding out recruits? Does this show some unrest about some current recruits? Not that I don't like that we have so many recruiting targets but we do only have so many spots. I get that you don't always get your first or second choice but it seems like we have up to 4-8 players at every position that we are recruiting.
EDIT: This is purely a question...I really like so many recruits (nationwide!) listing us.

eh no one's signing till fall so no i think it's fine at this time. Coaches can't get out on the trail till july 8th i think. I think end of july/summer we'll have a lot clearer picture.

I get that you don't always get your first or second choice but it seems like we have up to 4-8 players at every position that we are recruiting. EDIT: This is purely a question...I really like so many recruits (nationwide!) listing us. 100% of the information out there on recruits comes from the recruits themselves when we're talking Georgetown basketball. Okay, not 100%, as there are a few times that insiders on here get something out of the staff off the record, but if you see it in a news publication, it's almost always from the player. Our staff simply does not seem to feed the recruiting "gurus" tidbits like other staffs do. So sometimes when we're listed, all the recruit has gotten is a phone call, or some literature or was talked to at an AAU event. I'm not saying that's true here, but it doesn't mean that we've spent more than an hour recruiting that kid specifically. And given the restrictions on contact with a single kid, it's not necessarily time that could be reapplied to another player. Now, once the HS season starts and all the players aren't in the same place, that becomes a different story, I'd think. Of course, proximity plays a huge role then.
