7-footer from St. Mark's in Massachusetts (same school as Nate Lubick) listed a Georgetown offer along with Indiana, Arizona, Kansas, BC, Georgia Tech, Michigan and West Virginia - from Rivals' Brian Snow covering the TOC.

Post moved: From Scout article at NBPA, claims an offer from Hoyas along with Kansas, Providence, Boston College, West Virginia, Indiana, Wake Forest and Georgia Tech. He's also getting attention from Duke, UNC, Florida and Virginia. Same high school as Nate Lubick, Kaleb's thought to be a Kansas lean.

From Evan Daniels article today:
"Kaleb Tarczewski, C, NE Playaz – No one improved their stock more on day one of the adidas Invitational than this 7-foot center out of Southborough (Mass.) St. Marks. His development over the past year has been fun to watch and the light is starting to come on. Tarczewski, who jumped to No. 16 in Scout.com’s 2012 rankings, runs the floor well, is active on both ends and showed a drop step dunk move in his first game of the day."

From Rivals-Eric Bossi article today:
"Kansas is making a major push for 2012 big man Kaleb Tarczewski of the New England Playaz. Bill Self was joined by assistants Danny Manning and Joe Dooley each time the seven footer took the floor. Duke, North Carolina and many others were taking looks as well"

From Kansas Scout site at adidas:
"Kaleb Tarczewski – 2012 7'0 C – Even though he got some pub yesterday, he deserves more ink today. In playoff competition this morning and afternoon, Kaleb played tough defense and continued to show a slowly blossoming post game. Though he didn't pull out any moves as brilliant as his up-and-under drop stop from yesterday, he made quick decisions with the ball and didn't let anyone stop him from getting it to the rim. When given just the slightest bit of space, Kaleb dunked with authority and it looks like he's realizing just how easy it is for him to power those dunks over most defenders. It's no coincidence that his games seem to draw the largest collection of high-major coaching staffs."
Article said Kaleb T. was watched by coaches from Kansas, Duke, Georgetown, UNC, Florida, and West Virginia.

Did not list Hoyas in latest update on ZagsBlog - “Kansas, Arizona, Indiana, Wake Forest, West Virginia, Michigan, Duke, North Carolina, Florida, Providence and Boston College."

sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2010/writers/seth_davis/07/28/vegas.stars/1.html• Two teams I saw play two full games (including once against each other) were the New England Playaz and the San Diego-based Dream Vision. New England featured the one player I saw in Vegas who appeared to be the most ready to have an immediate impact at the collegiate level: Alex Murphy, a 6-9 rising junior at St. Mark's School in Southborough, Mass. Murphy is a very skilled three-man in the Mike Dunleavy/Mike Miller mold, but what I liked most is that he wasn't afraid to mix it up in the paint and finish around the rim. There are other players in his class that have more pro potential, but Murphy is extremely polished for a player so young. He is considering a bunch of schools, but Duke must be pursuing him hard because Mike Krzyzewski followed a long day coaching his USA Basketball guys by taking in the same game I was watching -- not so he could watch Murphy, but so Murphy could see Coach K watching him. That's how all this works. Murphy's teammate (both high school and summertime), Kaleb Tarczewski, was likewise impressive. He is a bouncy, agile 7-foot center who is entering his junior year. I had been told by several recruiting experts and college coaches to check out New England so I could see those two, but another player I hadn't heard about who jumped out at me was Markus Kennedy, who is a 6-10 forward and a rising senior. Kennedy is, shall we say, a mite prodigious around the waistline, but he had terrific footwork and drew a ton of fouls on Dream Vision. I later learned that Kennedy has committed to play for Villanova. That should help 'Nova escape the label that big men need not apply.

If so, I'm guessing Drummond would take UNC off his list.

thought i heard the UNC commit was a rumor that wasn't true? Also noone knows if drummond has a list....he's repeatedly denied having a set in stone "list" after someone reported his final 5 this past weekend

As for Drummond, there's no such thing as "written in stone" in college bball before a player's senior season. A lot can and will happen. At least we're on all his "reported" lists.

Wow...that is insane, especially how successful he was. Too bad he ruined it in the end, if he was willing to put in some legwork seems like he could have made a legit name for himself. (Well if he woulda used his own name)

Also there was a post on Rivals or scout a few weeks ago about him taking unofficial visits. Anyone with access read where he was going to visit?

UNC, Kansas, Arizona I believe. He'll probably end up at one of those three.
