I hate seeing him go to a division rival with Shanny coming in BUT I can't judge this until I see what the Eagles do ater all these moves.
The Eagles can't afford to go 11-5/10-6 again and not really contend. The line is young, the receivers are young, McCoy is young. Kolb looks like he's ready and if he's not, Vick is at least a passable replacement in spurts.
With a ton of salary and huge power in the draft to revamp the defense which is just leaking oil all over the place, I can't judge this until I see what the new defense looks like after all is settled.
Can't wait for the Redskins to get excited about how Mcnabb will be able to throw from his back better than Campbell could throw from his back.

I still believe that Campbell is a competent quarterback. Unfortunately Snyder can't find a competent line.

With McNabb, Larry Johnson and Willie Parker the latest Skins signees, looks like Shanahan is trying to resurrect George Allen's Over the Hill Gang.

Apparently Albert Haynesworth was offered to the Eagles for McNabb. This trade is gonna work out just great...for the Cowboys and Giants.

Has he gotten permission to wear Heath Shuler's number yet? I was going to ask that about Colt Brennan (the one-time Georgetown football recruit...) but his former #5 jersey is now #15 to accomodate McNabb.

This one, eh, not so sure. Of course, if Dan S. really wants to recreate the old Kilmer/Sonny battles, he'll have to bring in another oldtimer at QB. I wonder if Earl Morrall is available.

I really feel bad for Campbell, as this is several consecutive years he's endured the Skins doing nothing but trying to replace him. Even with that going on, and the worst O line ever last year, he was still statistically a middle-of-the-pack QB.
I hope he's traded to a situation where he'll do well, he never got a fair shot in DC.
As a Hoya fan (obviously), and a skins fan, this is terrible. A former Eagle and Orangeman? It's the perfect storm.

It's the perfect storm. Which is exactly why McNabb will spend half the time looking at coverages and half the time looking at cloud formations. He holds the ball too long for the Eagles' line which isn't bad. For the Skins? Ouch.
