According to Politico today (http://www.politico.com/playbook/), JT3 will appear on CNN's State of the Union this Sunday.
Ed - CNN is likely a channel on your TV, it is probably near Fox News in your channel line up.
Hard-hitting qutestions will include:
"Why didn't you sign Biggie McClain?" and "Why don't you completely scrap your offense after every loss?"

St. Pete, it might surprise you to know I almost never watch Fox News or CNN. I do read the Washington Post daily.

What exactly will they be talking about? Most likely that big basketball tournament that seems to have continued after Georgetown lost.

Many GU students think The Situation Room is a place at the Jersey shore. True story - fact, not opinion.

Will be talking about the ability to win and graduate student/athletes -- a core value of the Hoya's Athletic Department.

I missed it, but here's the transcript: transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/1004/04/sotu.01.htmlDoesn't sound like they got very deep into the issue of graduation rates, etc. (Sounds like a number of variations of "it depends on the circumstances".) But hopefully III came off well.

Saw it this morning. didnt think he came off very well in both the points he was making and his delivery / public speaking. it seemed like he was apologizing too much for the teams with low graduation rates even though i dont think thats what he was trying to do. he also mentioned a few times how we shouldnt be raising the academic bar for high school kids to get into college.
He had an opportunity to give some press to Georgetown by personalizing it a bit - talking about how things work at gtown with regards to ancillary services available to players to help them succeed and about how we expect players to be student athletes. also had an opportunity to mention how gtown was the only team to beat BOTH duke and butler this year but didnt.
All i can say is stick with your day job coach. this venue is definitely not your thing.

Fair point. Ridiculous point. That would be tacky especially considering his team lost in the first round. Ooookay. Anyway I thought he was a tad repetitive and perhaps went too far to not throw other teams under the bus. Also in typical III style he absolutely avoided a question or two by giving a non-answer.
