Good job guys was just a tough shot. It was WV's time. Let's just see what happens in the Big Dance.

Wright is all heart.
Didn't want anyone else taking the final shot.
Needless to say, Dasean Butler is legit.

Rarely have I been more proud of a Hoyas team. Awesome, awesome show, fellas. Can't wait to see what happens next week.

Ditto. The defense and heart the Hoyas showed in the last 5 minutes of that game was awesome. WVU is definitely good enough to be in the Final Four. They outplayed us for 30 minutes of that game and still needed to make a shot like that to win.

Great job. We lost a close game, but played with tremendous heart. Congratulations Hoyas!

Tremendous game by our boys! Played wire to wire with a very good WVU team, both teams played out of their minds. They made the last shot, but nothing the Hoyas should feel regret about. We left it all on the floor.

Ouch... that one hurt! I still feel like we are the better team. Maybe it's these glasses. Really tough, tough, loss. But not for lack of effort.
Cry in our beer tonight. tomorrow, we'll watch selection Sunday and see where we are going.
GREAT EFFORT CHRIS! And the entire team!

I said it in the other thread but it bears repeating. Butler's shot was the only FG they hit in the last 7:30. Great defense and a lot of heart, just couldn't solve their D in the end. We were tired, and it showed on the glass and in our 3 point shooting. Very proud of this team after the last 4 days!!!

We left it all out on the floor... couldn't have asked for more. The team deserves a warm welcome when they get home for their efforts this week. I just hope they continue their improved play into the NCAAs.

we had a great run and there are so many positives to take away from this tournament (even though i feel like someone punched me in the stomach and stepped on my balls right now). For one thing, this BET showed how are guys can put together a nice run of "good" gtown ball. ALso, it's looking like our 1st guy off the bench, Hollis T, is playing with some confidence. We can compete with ANYONE in the country and i cant wait to see us do some damage next week as hopefully a 3 seed.

I agree, i think we are a better team. it's timing and - gasp - seems like 3rd time will be the charm in the final four against WVU

Props to C. Wright. Played his heart out this entire tournament. Hate to say it, but hats off to WVU. They scrapped and won the game on the offensive glass and on defense.
Glad to see Freeman wake up from deep at the end. Wish Chris pulled up for the 3 to win it at the buzzer.
Great tourney run fellas.
P.S. Vaughn got screwed with that last call. That was an offensive foul and really cost us.

This was the most fun I've had watching the Hoyas since the UNC Elite Eight game. Just a great effort for four straight days.

Great, great run this week. The team left it on the floor, and that's all we can ask. Rest up boys, let's get back at it next week.

I don't agree with the first part of Jag's post, but otherwise everyone here is absolutely right about loving this team!

This team in gutsy. So proud of them. If we continue to play with this kind of fire and passion we'll get to the FF.
