Just looking at the various ticket sites - stubhub, craigslist, etc. - it sure looks to me like this is the toughest Georgetown home ticket to get in a very long time. The prices some are seeking are insane, and yet the tickets keep disappearing so I'm assuming they're getting what they're asking, or something close.
With both teams ranked in the top 10 and with it being Duke, which I hate to say is probably the biggest draw in college hoops, is this the toughest ticket ever for a Hoyas game at Verizon Center? For something comparable, I'm finding myself going all the way back to those epic Gtown/St Johns games that matched the Ewing and Mullin teams and were often #1 vs. #2 showdowns. Anyone else think any Verizon Center home games compare to this one, in terms of demand?
Looking forward to the Gray Out. The joint is gonna be jumping!

If we had greater fan support, all BE Saturday games at the phone booth would be sold out also. Beating up on Rutgers can be almost as enjoyable as the DUKE hate out in gray. Even beating the orange pukes on a Thursday can provide a lot of satisfaction.

Duke may be the biggest draw to noncommitted fans, but Kentucky's Blue Haze are usually pretty good about helping to sell out venues.

Cap Center in January 1985 was a tough but not obscene ticket. However on my way into the rematch at the Garden I was offered $500 for my $5.00 baseline seat in the student section. I would never remember where I spent $500, but I will never forget being second row for that game.

I was on a prospective student trip to DC that weekend, rode the student buses out and somehow had a ticket - no idea how it happened and I am certain I didn't pay much, cause I was very broke back then. Probably a current student who had gone to my HS, I know I was in the student section. Much harder to get tix to the next two at MSG, but somehow pulled that off too. Gave some thought to sneaking down to DC Sat, seems like that is not gonna happen. Just checked stubhub and interestingly, GU is one of 4 schools linked on the front page NCAA bball section- when was the last time that happened?

I'll bet there's a ticket for Obama if he wants it.

I'll bet there's a ticket for Obama if he wants it. The way things have been breaking for him these days, let's hope he is rooting for Reggie Love's alma mater if he does show up.

I have a feeling he (Obama) might use it.

Some insane prices on Stubhub: like the 2K per seat price for row C in Club section 229 (would love to see the look on the faces of those people when they realize what they've purchased); and the $600 per for 100 level seats three rows behind mine. Another opportunist with 2 student section tickets on eBay starting at $125.
Kudos to the ticket office for selling the place out.

Got crazy offers from the scalpers on the street, offers that, pooled with my friends, could have put us up in a crazy NYC hotel for the night with a big TV to watch the game. But then Aaron Gray wouldn't have been able to hear me yell "Flop-sweat!"

I'm actually seeing more expensive tickets on StubHub for both the Nova and Cuse games, but a lot more tickets available for both

118 Row B - you've been reported. All seats were sold to Duke fans.
