Kid from Ballou in DC can play. Heard he is a Hoya target but his grades me be a problem. Anyone got any info?

I don't really understand. If he hasn't taken the SAT yet, how do they know he won't qualify? Is it because his grades are so poor? If so, that must mean that Ballou allows kids to play on the team even if they are basically failing classes?
