Is it me or do his posts to seem to be off? The grammar is correct but he is missing that effort I expect from a Hoya fan. His post criticizing Henry Sims was only 2 lines long. Where is the contribution to the discussion?
While he has 238 posts to date, I just haven't seen the quality I would expect - and particularly a fan of Michael Graham. Michael Graham is a Hoya legend and to name oneself in his honor requires a certain commitment to high performance. He needs to start getting it done or we should find a new poster to label with the Michael Graham honor.

Seriously folks, I am picking on this poster for a moment (without his real name attached), but we do not post in a vacuum. These are young men that for the most part are making the best contribution they can to the team we support.
I think we should all remember when we are making public criticism of performance, we not sharing a private thought with a friend but instead we are making a public assessment to be recorded on the Internet search-able via Google for perhaps all of time.
When I think about this topic, I wonder how an observer might critique my last work day. You know, that staff call wondered off agenda a few times without my intervening. And that request I made of accounting did not have a specific time frame attached. If I don't follow it up with an email, it may be forgotten leading to the team's inability to complete the project...complete failure.
I am not sure any of us want that level of scrutiny publicly posted for anyone in the world to find if they only looked.
With the evolution of Facebook and Twitter, we are all not too far to being in the same situation. Perhaps we ought to think about some new standards of our behavior on-line.
