I just heard that the interim coach at Cincy who is coaching them in the Sugar Bowl has been hired to replace Turner Gill at Buffalo. Now there is some question as to whether he is going to coach the Bearcats after all. I forget his name, but when he was named interim coach, he said that he was happy to coach them in the Sugar Bowl, and looked forward/hoped to stay on long term. Apparently though, now that he feels like he was snubbed by Cincy bringing in the guy from Central Michigan. It's somewhat of a mess. As of now, he is still planning on coaching in the Sugar Bowl, but obviously, at the very least, not only will the team be somewhat distracted, but their replacement coach will be doing double duties.
