That'd be awesome. Looks like a stacked field too!

Wow, that is great news if it is true. Typically there is a team from each BCS conference, so that would leave room for a PAC 10 squad and one other (this year was obviously Gonzaga).

Hoyas vs UNC in the 1999 semi-finals was truly one of the most memorable and exciting games of the Esherick era. I can only imagine how great it would be to go into that crowd with a legitimate chance at winning it all.

Jebus, that IS a pretty stacked field.
(I like repeating obvious things).

Fact check: while Chaminade University of Honolulu is the host, the tournament is actually held in Maui's Lahaina Civic Center (hence the name).

Duke, Tennessee, Michigan, Butler. Can't we get a little more original with our scheduling?

So I will have to ignore my in-laws for 3 days over Thanksgiving to focus on the Hoyas - a tough sacrifice to make for my team!

And JTIII continues his streak of building a tough out of conference schedule. Hopefully it will be a fun beginning to Thanksgiving!

My favorite quote from the volsxtra article: "The Vols are playing in the preseason NIT next year in New York City. North Carolina, Villanova and UCLA are reportedly the other teams that will play in the finals in Madison Square Garden." I had no idea that reporting has already happened on the outcomes of next year's games. Nor that the finals have four teams.

Not only do they get their corn from a jar, they are even proud of it.

Wow, that is some field. Does that mean we don't have Duke on the regular season schedule next year?
