So the letter with the tickets says that we're going to be able to forward tickets to people by email through the new Account Manager site. This seems like a great feature which I will most certainly use because I just moved to New York...
Anyway, I signed on and all games have a message that says: "Due to Hoyas policies, tickets for this event have been restricted from forwarding."
Have they just not activated the feature yet? Anybody have info on this?

I am sure that it hasnt been activated yet. Its a little early to be forwarding tickets (i.e. you still have plenty of time to mail them)

For those who haven't rec'd your season tix because no one is at home to sign, I rec'd an automated voice mail from UPS with my tracking number indicating that UPS will attempt redelivery today (of course I am at work) and will leave information on alternate means of acceptance if no one is at home to sign for the tix.

as to your alternate means of acceptance, ups will make a total of 3 attempts to deliver. if no one is home, the package will be held at their distribution center for 5 days during which time you can go there and pickup. i was on the phone for over an hour on friday after they delivered and i wasn't home and insisting that they redeliver the same day. why? because i was going to be out of town from 11/1 to 11/18, by which time the package would be sent back to the sender and I'd have to try some sort of way to get my tickets. i even asked if i called gu and got them to drop the signature requirement would they redeilver and ups said no, once a package is in their system, no changes can be made. good luck.

UPDATE: Re-route was successful They arrived today.
