Great find - now let's commence speculation as to color and the presence/absence of kente cloth on the shorts. The season is upon us.

I assume that the "Marry me Ryan" sign in our clip refers to Ryan Dougherty, transfer from U. Rochester? If so, these EA guys are really on top of their game...

Don't get me wrong I like Gus, but if I buy this I might need to play with with the sound off. Can't deal with excitement overload.

Be careful what you wish for. If we have new unis that are like those Syracuse/Florida/Ohio State monstrosities, I am pretty sure none of us will love them.

i mean our unis are in the same style as those other teams.....whether we like to admit or not...same thing....take a closer look
our new unis have been tasteful and well done I have thought. I would love us to keep our unis standard like the UNC jerseys with the plaid....keep the kente clothe...thats unique to gtown unis

For the 439th time, what does Ghanian kente cloth have to do with Georgetown University? Nothing. Let me repeat that. Nothing. If Nike created warm-ups that looked like a Mongolian deel, it would be about as relevant. Now, excuse me as I return back to the football board for a few more weeks...

Well since they've gone to the new uniforms--we've flopped like hell in BET and NCAA's. Only significant win--the home game over Louisville for Big East Title.
I say we get rid of the bad vibe and go with something NEW!

Well for some of us youngins who were in middle school durignthe iverson years the kente cloth uniforms are what we grew up on. It looks cool and we're the only school that's had it. So it's unique. I don't see why people have a problem with it.

Yeah, even though I know DFW is vehemently anti-kente cloth, I'll echo HSB's sentiments. I honestly think it looks kind of cool and unique. In fact, I think the Iverson era jersey style might be my personal favorite of all Georgetown uniforms. Ewing era comes next, followed by our current incarnation. And I consider our uniforms basically the same from the 2005-06 season onward, because the change made in 2008 was not very drastic.
Also, please note that none of these uniforms include white, sky blue, or black. ;D
EDIT: Wow, good eyes on the clip, where the "Hoyas" jersey on #10 Greg Monroe was visible for all of 0.5 seconds. I wouldn't put too much into this, but I guess we will see. When they start selling a new jersey in the bookstore, then I will believe.

Is it just me or has Five Guys somehow gotten less appealing now that they've gone franchise/nationwide?
"What does this have to do with new uniforms" you ask?
"Only everything!," I respond.
Much like Svlad Cjelli, I believe in the fundamental inter-connectedness of all things.
;D

who knew the kente cloth could Edited someone off that much? while its origins are arbitrary, the kente does have something very real to do with georgetown now: it recalls the swagger that i wish we could get back, a swagger that's been missing from the team for some time (i'm not saying we haven't had good teams - it's the mentality). People see the kente and think iverson, think of a georgetown team that was scary as hell to face. How does that have nothing to do with Georgetown?
Regardless, no need to get so upset, please chill out.

When In-and-Out arrives in a couple of months, I'll be good to go.

Didn't the Hoyas wear sky blue a couple of times during "The Dark Years" on the road?
I want to say they wore them on the road at UCLA, maybe a couple other times.

Can't put my finger on exactly what, but it's poor man's In n Out. I'm not sure it's better than a good Wendys. MCI Center looks pretty real in this.....
