www.collegehoopsnet.com/blog/marchmadness/Not sure how seriously we're after him, since he's a PG and we already have starks but i thought this little tidbit was cool "As for Georgetown, Miller said that the Hoyas’ past success makes it impossible for Ross-Miller not to look at them. “They’re a traditional school, one of them that has been good in basketball for years,” Miller said."

Miller's been listing the Hoyas for awhile. Interesting that he's not going to make a decision until the spring, I assume Georgetown will be in it until the end.
Also interesting in the same blog that Juan'ya Green, class of 2011 G out of Philadelphia, is listing the Hoyas. Between Green and Christmas, seems as if the Hoyas are putting some emphasis in the Philadelphia area in that class.

KC is planning on visiting South Florida soon (he missed a visit to Cincy already because of a game). He is also planning on visiting Depaul, Georgetown, Bama, Auburn and Texas A&M and Nevada I believe.
KC plays alongside Tony Mitchell for Brandon Brass elite.
I don't expect to see him as a Hoya.

Out of curiosity, did you expect to see Vee Sanford or Jerelle Bennimon on the Hoyas at this time last year?

KC's dad(also his h.s. coach) is a regular poster on the rivals board and is pretty open about his recruitment. He isnt visiting SFl now, and they are off the list. He plans to visit here sometime in the spring offically or unoffically.

Boya, no, at this time last year, I didn't expect to see Vee or Jerrelle as Hoyas. I'm simply expressing my personal opinion with respect to KC. Having said that, we weren't "recruiting" Vee and Jerrelle at this time last year. I think the major problem is that KC is a PG like Markel. Additionally, we are recruiting Ware and Tyrone from 2011. I know III likes to preach how he recruits "players" for his system and a lot of the parts are interchangeable, but you don't want all your guys to be the same on the floor. Don't get me wrong, we need skilled players, but not sure KC and Markel can form a backcourt (and I'm not sure KC wants to play back-up to Markel).
As dense said (and thanks for correcting me re: SF), he is wide open right now. He is looking at close to 20 schools actually and will be a spring signing so who knows. I just know our immediate needs for this class are not another PG.
As an aside, KC committed to Kentucky two years ago after he finished his freshman year of high school! Then Gillespie was fired and the rest is history...
