On the other site, there was some information saying that it was delayed this year, but was going to occur. So it might not start this weekend (as it usually does).

If you really need a fix you could head down to Berry Farms tomorrow to see Kevin Durant's team play tomorrow at 6:30 in the Goodman League.

uh oh. What NCAA related problems? We might meltdown before July 30th. And you can't play for just two weeks!

Considering it's coming from GW, I'd say it has about as much reliability as mrsixer's hanging source.

it would stand to make sense that after last seasons debacle...kenner would take forever to start and then appear in a condensed version
perfect

The poster is credible. I can't vouch for his source though.

Ugh, 2009 is just not the year of the Hoyas. January 1, 2010 can't come soon enough. Though this offseason has also showed not everything you hear is true, if it were we would have lost half our roster to transfers.
Wouldn't this also mean that we wouldn't be able to see anyone who doesn't live within the right distance, because of other rules that out of town players can't play after the July school session ends. Which means no Monroe, Thompson, Sanford and whoever else doesn't mean the right requirements.

Hmmm... likely it'll end up being 3 weeks total, if it starts on the 30th, because McDonough gets taken off-line for NSO by around the 25th of August (NSO begins 8/29 this year).

Spoke with a player this morning and he told me that Kenner was pushed back to the 11th or 12th.

I just heard back from the league director that the Kenner is scheduled to start the 30th and will end on the 16th.

i think he means the debacle of georgetown's season last year not kenner league. that is exactly what i meant. ive been looking forward to kenner league games more this season than in any recent season that i can remember mainly because of how awful the 08 - 09 season ended up.
