Here's a game you'll all enjoy: www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/555181It's called One Chance. You're a scientist who discovered a cure for cancer. Unfortunately, your cure will destroy all life on earth in six days. You get to make a bunch of choices, and you only get to play the game once.

I didn't realize I had a choice on the first day and kinda was screwed from there. But I like how I turned down the casual sex and still came home to a dead wife. Awesomeness. Really uplifting start to the weekend. Thanks Bando.

It wouldn't let me, um, "interact" with my wife when she was in the bathtub. The first time she was in the bathtub, that is.

Also, you can replay if you go "incognito" in Google Chrome. I don't think there are a lot of good choices. The first time I played, I spent some time with my family, but then I had the hot groupie sex. Your wife finds out and she hates you for the rest of the game.
The second time all I did was work. I found a cure on the last day, but most people were dead by then, and it's ambiguous whether you were able to save your daughter.

See, that's what I was hoping to do, but I missed working on the first day (I think -- all I know is that I ended up at a bar), also missed it on the second when I went to check out the roof just to see what was there. By the last day I was just fed up, took my daughter to the park and we sat on a bench, where she leaned against me and closed her eyes. The game never ended but I assume we died there. It was very sad.

Greed is right, greed works. Greed clarifies, cuts through, and captures the essence of the evolutionary spirit. Greed, in all of its forms; greed for life, for money, for love, knowledge has marked the upward surge of mankind. And greed, you mark my words, will not only save Teldar Paper, but that other malfunctioning corporation called the USA. Thank you very much."Oh, man. I want one.

Just a reminder, if you are going to hang out all summer on Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard with it, you are going to need to pay Massachusetts taxes on it.

There should be a national "Do Not Hire" register for people like Hubert Blackman.

There should be a national "Do Not Hire" register for people like Hubert Blackman. Ooohhh, I'm pretty sure any HR department worth anything will perform a Google search, see this story and toss his resume right into the shredder. (Alternatively, he could almost certainly get a job on the staff of any number of local, state or national elected officials, of either party, in the state of New York.)

Don't think anyone posted this elsewhere on the site but for a Washington crowd the article about Arena's finances should bring a chuckle. Shark tanks for $6500 per month, $625 car washes, etc. etc. Though I think all of those are going to pale compared to what he is about to spend on child support and possibly alimony depending on common law marriage laws. He will probably be glad he just moved to a no income tax state (Florida) to get a little extra cash for the kids (yea right I know ) What I really want to know is what do you do with all those sharks during the winter when the shark grotto freezes over? voices.washingtonpost.com/reliable-source/2011/01/rs-_arenas_1.html

That seems unreal! Just goes to prove that some changes are revolutionary rather than evolutionary. I remember accessing the internet without a browser back then.
