It hurts because he is such a schmuck, but it is hard to argue with the bottom-line. In fairness, early in the season, he was singing the Hoyas praises.

It would be more impressive if he could provide a cogent analysis of our implosion and suggest remedies. Any moron can point out a disappointing season. We have hundreds right here...

Unfortunately, he is right. The fact that we have to shut up and take it from someone like Gottlieb is particularly galling. Cheer up, it could be Fugly Feinstein. We should remember this experience and hope we never repeat it.
