While we're on the subject of timeout promotions: Can I borrow someone's kid (preferably an infant or baby) for use during the Check Card Challenge? This is its last season and I want to win, and apparently you can only do that with an individual that is too young to form a contract. I'm willing to rent said child and will pay a portion of the winnings to the child's parents (or buy them beers, whichever they prefer). Don't go killing off all your infants yet. I hear next year, instead of winning $100 from Chevy Chase, you'll get a 10% stake in Capital One. |

I got three separate texts from friends at the game tonight when Professor Knoll was picked for the Jiffy Lube Challenge, or whatever it is. That's when I knew there was no way the Hoyas could lose.
