It's fun to come here after a loss and find out what Coach Thompson did wrong tonight without actually seeing his name.
We've wlready had enough tranfers out.
Now, over to post-game to find out how fair-weather fans here actually are.
Go Omar!

Bench is coming. Henry looked more and more like OH Henry tonite. We did hustle in my opinion. The bench contributed Jason, julian , and Henry maybe not so much Omar. So the youngins I think are coming and Henry WILL contribute more and more. GO hoyas. Beat Providence as it will be a crucial game to win. Top of the morning to you. Down with English. Up with the Hoyas. Come on guys because it IS February NOW!

Like I said before, I think our bench will be fine come March. I actually think we're seeing a point where a bench player is about to win a starting job (Clark), and we might actually be able to play Sims-Monroe or Vaughn-Monroe simultaneously for a tv timeout to tv timeout run within a month.

I like Clark a lot, but I don't think he's starting over Jessie. A Jessie out of his shooting slump is definitely a stronger player than Jason, who looks a little tentative on his shot. Even if not out of his shooting slump, Jessie is good at the things Jason is (i.e. defense, rebounding). They're similar players to me, but Jessie is further along in his development than Jason is right now.

Sometimes you can almost feel how much everyone wanting Jessie's shot to fall drains the team when it doesn't. Sometimes a step back can help, and Jason's greater confidence can be a positive for a team that feeds off of each other's energy. Plus, I think Jessie would take the challenge as a positive, and would achieve a greater focus as a focal point of a second unit that could really use a leader to help boost their productivity and confidence. He could be like the DaJuan of the second unit. Which we desperately need.
