Can you get ESPN Classic games on a per-game pay basis or is it strictly a package of games?

Can you get ESPN Classic games on a per-game pay basis or is it strictly a package of games? From my experience ESPN Classic is generally part of the basic cable package for many systems (at least that's the way it is for NY area cable providers). I don't think they would have a per-game pay basis because much of their programming is not really conducive to a per-game / per-day viewing basis. It may be an obvious solution, but I'd just try checking your cable provider's website (usually they give info on what channels are included on what packages) and/or give them a call.

Yeah, ESPN Classic cannot be ordered as a package or pay per view. That would be similar to ordering a day of the Food Network or Lifetime. You either get the channel in your cable/dish lineup or you don't.

at least until congress passes a la carte cable legislation... which isn't going to happen any time soon.
