Notre Dame is coming out strong in the first 8 minutes and it appears like this will be a good one....Any thoughts on who we want to win this one?? A ND win would help the RPI, but any other thoughts??

This is an awesome game! Torin Francis is looking like an All-American right now.
I want ND to win because they're almost certainly gonna lose a few of their upcoming tough games anyway and Id rather be ahead of Uconn in the standings. Who says we can't finish ahead of Uconn?
ND's next 3 games at Cuse vs. BC at Pitt

Didn't see the game, but just looking at the box score, it appears that ND shot a lower percentage than UConn (both from 2 and 3) but that they got about 17 more shot attempts. Did they force a bunch of turnovers, or just kill them on the boards?

For the first time, I think ND went INSIDE to score. I only watched the very start and the very end, but from what I saw, Torin Francis couldn't be stopped and it was the rest of the big fella's putting the Irish's points on the board....

this is not good for us in my opinion - big east is going to get six teams and it will either be us or notre dame
i want nd to go on a major slide and finish significantly below us in the standings -

They've got 3 very tough games coming up, so we'll see what happens after they go to the Dome, host BC and go to Pitt.

UConn isn't a lock for a bid right now - they are definitely in the GU, Pitt (though they may be moving on up), Nova, ND group right now. If they weren't UConn, you might say they look the worst of all those teams right now - we're probably their best win right now.
As good as Nova is capable of playing, they have been a Jeckyl and Hyde sort of team for several years now. I hope they really broke RU's spirit yesterday. The RAC game could be a lot easier if they continue to implode.
We are a better team than Seton Hall and Rutgers. Win these two and we put ourselves in a very strong position.

need to win one by one no guarantees and really need to keep on top of the group need to be in the top five so need to beat seton hall to stay with three losses cause need to compet for position wiht those around us nd uconn etc three loses no more for awhil and let the others knock each other off... as i said i believe the top five get byes and we need a bye to not play that first game critical for us to win tourney and if were in the semis and finish in top five hard to tell us to go bye go hoyas win wed its important thats IMPORTANT
