I guess it is inevitable when you start bringing in top notch recruits, but never fun to start reading about your best player getting drafted this year 2 games into his frosh campaign...
JKL(Boston, MA): Due to the supposed weakness of this year's draft will teams be more likely to include picks in any trades that occur?
Chad Ford: Yeah, I'm not blown away so far. We're not seeing the freshman dominating the way they've done in year's past. Muellens, DeRozan and Evans, for example, haven't been great. However, keep an eye on Georgetown's Greg Monroe. He has size and talent and has been good for Georgetown early on.

Given the season we know Greg and our Hoyas are about to have, there isn't going to be any "secret"! But that's a good thing.
GO HOYAS!

In the Summer of 2006, I met JTIII at a Georgetown gathering. We spoke for a few minutes, and I told him that I hoped Jeff would stay for his senior season (although he had not started his junior season). JTIII said to me that if Jeff were in a position to leave early and be a high pick that would mean that Georgetown would have had a hell of a season. So while I am Monroe's biggest fan, and I hope he stays forever, if he is who we think he is, then Georgetown is going to have a great season and of course, that is what is most important to all of us. Either way, we don't lose.

With the exception of Jordan, the rest were hogs who dominated the basketball. All also had offensive skills except for Jordan, who had NBA size and athleticism. None are/were great defenders.
