Union Olimpija split with Crawford www.adriaticbasket.com/news.php?id=3635After only three rounds, played in the NLB League, Union Olimpija published the news that Tyler Crawford is no longer member of the team ... Crawford was – depsite being registered for playing in the NLB league – for the whole time spent in Ljubljana on a kind of a try-out. But since he was not the type of player coach Aleksandar Džikiæ was looking for his episode with the Slovenian Euroleague's team ended on Wednesday. He already left Ljubljana and moved to Serbia, where he will continue his career in Sloga from Kraljevo.

Good to hear he has a new team already. But i guess this coach doesnt want really hard working guys with huge shoulders that make at least one three pointer every time he is in? oh well

Are we sure that Tyler is playing basketball and not tracking down bad guys or running covert ops?

I drove through Kraljevo once. It's a factory town in the hills of Central Serbia. As I recall, there wasn't much to recommend it except some nice scenery. It's 2 hours plus to get to Belgrade so it's pretty isolated. Hope he gets along with his teammates and can find something to do when he's not playing.
