If you live in east Texas, get the hell out now!! When the hurricane watch from NOAA says (and I quote) "PERSONS NOT HEEDING EVACUATION ORDERS IN SINGLE FAMILY ONE OR TWO STORY HOMES MAY FACE CERTAIN DEATH", I think that's a sign to leave.

What does "may" face "certain" death mean? Yeah, that's a good point. NOAA's done studies you know. Sixty percent of the time they're right every time.
