Oh, I thought you were talking about Saddam Hussein. No you must be confused. Karadzic is the war-monger that we caught through international consensus with the assistance of all of our NATO allies. He's also the one that will be tried before an established court that has heard hundreds of hours of testimony regarding the Srebrenicia massacre - rather than US-trained jurists in a show-trial. His country and the Serbian nation that supported his Voiska Republika Serpska have also been the product of tough diplomatic agreements. As a result Bosnia and Herzegovena's power-sharing agreement has helped assuage the warring factions and Serbia is now seeking EU membership. Not the country where there has been no long-term agreement regarding the future of the nation between retrenched religious-based political factions. Not the country where there has been no international peacekeeping effort with the support of the United Nations and NATO. I'm glad they caught him.
