Jeff Green is the first one named. Not sure if it's in any order....I actually don't think so. It's on the insider section, but the first sentence says: "This kid will be the Rookie of the Year in the Big East" I knew Jay would come around a little. Gay was mentioned next, but not as prominently as Jeff. proxy.espn.go.com/ncb/columns/story?columnist=bilas_jay&id=1975967

How highly were the kids, other than Green and Gay, ranked by most recruiting services? I'm not a recruiting nut and am curious how Bilas's list compares to recruiting rankings.

Most of the guys were the classic Top 10 type kids, but he did put some other lesser known guys. It actually seems like a well thought out list. Here it is in the order presented:
Jeff Green, Hoyas Rudy Gay, UCONN Andrew Brackman, NC State Marvin Williams, NC Daniel Gibson, Texas D.J. White, Indiana Darius Washington, Memphis Juan Palacios, Louisville Jordan Farmar, UCLA Bryce Taylor, Oregon Malik Hairston, Oregon Toney Dougles, Auburn Ronald Steele, Alabama
Seems like a legit list. His analyis of each was pretty fair and he did a lot of work looking at things beyond the numbers and the preseason hype.
