sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=3471503The Sonics and Seattle have reached a deal out of court. A source tells the Seattle Times that the team will pay the city $75 million to get out of the last two years of its lease. I think this means that they'll be in OKC next year?

That seems to be the last holdup, though coffee boy's lawsuit is still going forward.

That seems to be the last holdup, though coffee boy's lawsuit is still going forward. Seems like a weak argument, and not enough to forestall the settlement. Per ESPN, Seattle keeps the Sonics name for a future franchise (read=Memphis). In a league with displaced names like the Lakers, Warriors, Clippers, Grizzlies, Jazz and Hornets, you never know.
