Game reminds me of the GU-SJU of the 80's, not sure what year it was, but the Hoyas decimated SJU at the Garden.

Norm Roberts should be really thankful that the Giants are in the Super Bowl and the Mets are trading for Santana. He's in his fourth fairly unimpressive season, and this is the kind of thing that could cost you your job if anyone was paying attention. When Louie Carnacesca storms away from the announcer's table, things are bad.

Call me crazy, but I kind of like not having a nail-biter after a couple of really intense games.

Game reminds me of the GU-SJU of the 80's, not sure what year it was, but the Hoyas decimated SJU at the Garden. It was '82. They ran a graphic because we won by 30, the largest margin ever in a GU-SJU game.

With about 8 minutes to go, the Hoyas have managed this oddity:
3PT FG% = .545 FT % = .471

I had no clue St Johns was so young. They play 6 freshman and 3 of them start. Hopefully they all stick around and progress so they can get back to being decent in a few years.

Dr. Chvotkin should just start yelling "Hoyas Win!" now.

Just "tuned" into the game via gamecast ... wow we are killing!! Does Vern look as good as his numbers would suggest. Also what's up with the foul trouble? We've been up by 25 or more since before half time!

This game is not as close as the score would indicate - and that's very very sad.

There has been some terrible announcing tonight. By far my favorites so far are:
"He's like a surgeon, he's doing an autopsy on ya' ..."
"He has a terrible assist to turnover ratio - its like one third assists one half turnovers"
