Yes, we figured it out, this is how the Hoyas are suppose to play every game, inside, out and everything will take care of itself as we see...Tonight was a perfect night for the Hoyas to display their A+ game.
This is the Hoyas game, inside, out, not outside, in...Hoyas showed how dominant they can be when playing smart basketball inside, out...amazing when Roy "knows" that he'll get the ball consistently from one of his teammates, especially from a teammate with a high basketball IQ...if "some" of the guards would get Roy the ball "consistently" like Austin did they could have as many points as well, and not only that, be very "dominant" on a game by game basis by playing inside, out...
anyone can shoot, although we shot well that game and pretty much for the season, we can not rely on just shooting the ball, we have to penetrate, and we did tonight, and we need to do on a regular basis...
I guarantee you if you we play smart basketball like we did tonight, we will win it all...I know its not all about Roy, but you have to remember this, Roy is All-American, he's 7'2", dives for loose balls, blocks shots, rebounds, alters opposing teams shots, assists...man, this kid does it all "consistently", now he's had some tough games, but overall I cannot understand all the negativity he receives when he and Jeff have taken us to the Sweet 16 and Final 4...
everyone bashes Roy every year, every game, and he still produces...when he does well, you hear nothing, when he does not "seem" to so well, he gets the first degree. Thank you Austin for feeding Roy his dinner last, you too look very well together...as Roy was chuggling up the court after Freeman fed him for a basket, Austin was running behind yelling "lets go big boy"...I like that, got to feed and talk to the big fella.
