I watched that game and i have to say that GVSU was quite impressive. They are a force in D2 with a great center and solid guards. Michigan State played hard and wasn't sitting anybody. Neitzel had a terrible game, Morgan got into a bit of foul trouble and the freshman trio of Summers, Allen and Lucas while all talented, made some inexperienced mistakes.

Do exhibitions count for standings or polls? They aren't supposed to, but it has to be in the back of some voters' minds. But I would guess the vast majority of the voters wouldn't even know it happened.

The curse of the Big Ten Network strikes again! Whomever is the governor of Michigan he/she should just ban it from showing the openers of its state's teams
