It's not on in NYC, sadly. It's being broadcast only on a local Syracuse channel (channel 26, I believe.) So, to answer your question, no. I'm afraid that only those poor souls among us who live in the belly of the beast are going to actually see this one.

Even a local cable channel will likely use a satellite uplink from the dome to the station. I expect somebody with a C-band dish (old school) could probably catch it if they could find it.

SOMEONE HAS GOT TO HAVE ONE. Does anybody know if a DC area (meaning anywhere within 2 hours) has such a dish?

Summer's Restaurant in Arlington has a dish like that. I actually just spoke to the manager there. If someone can tell him the satellite information, he said that he'd show the game.
Now the question is, how do you find out the satellite information?

Any chance this is something you can find out from the channel itself? Did someone say that it would likely be on channel 26 in Syracuse? Is it worth it to call that station?
