Obviously the men win in a scrimmage, but how about a shooting contest... Am I the only one that thinks the Rutgers women would shoot better inside (and maybe outside) the 3 point line?

Oh well.... I just thought it was a clever way of saying that the Rutgers men's team stinks. Usually when a women's team makes the national championship game, their school has at least a decent men's team (i.e. Connecticut, Tennessee, etc.)

Usually when a women's team makes the national championship game, their school has at least a decent men's team (i.e. Connecticut, Tennessee, etc.) Honestly, I have friends who are RU alums who make the same joke. And the situation isn't going to change in the future I don't think... after their breakout football season and the women's bball tourney run it seems likely RU will be focusing their (limited, because the State of NJ has no money!) athletic budgets on enhancing and recruiting for those two programs...
