I think it would be really nifty to get together for some beers and Hoya fun while we are in NYC.
Does anyone else want to start planning a HoyaTalk get together while at the Tourney? Someplace close to MSG?
Anyone taking the bus from campus up to the city ?
Never to early to plan...

True, the HHC has its things, but I usually do my trip from the Southgate to the Garden, and then out on the town.
I guess the Hoop Club would suffice... I would just love to see a large Hoya contingent get "Hoya Loud", and march on into the Garden.
anyway.... the thought and idea is still there

Yeah. Stay tuned for more on the board as time passes. I'll be in the Garden for the game, although I am not sure whether I'll be able to make any get-togethers, as I usually turn the BET into a time to be with my family for lunch in NYC before the game. If we make a good run, however, there may be some wiggle room for HoyaTalk events.

Usually, I stay no matter how well do, so that was what I was looking at. I could have made myself clearer I guess.
We shall see.

For the past few years board members have been meeting at a bar on 32nd street between 7th and 8th before and sometimes after games. The name escapes me, anybody else remember? It's a fun place, and it's not very obnoxious because not many Syracuse fans end up there.

Great...that's what I am talking about. Lets see if we can track the name down.
