All true, Dan. In my defense, I applied Mark Plotkin standards of journalism to this post...sensationalist? Maybe. Journalism? Definitely....know what I mean, know what I mean? Say no more, say no more! A nod's as good as a wink to to a blind bat!

GW fans would do well not to disparage JTIII's grandfather.--Admin

Dan, were you a wrestler? No - although one of my best friends in high school was (he never suffered from this though). Just a professional who has seen my share of the disease.

Disclaimer: I'm not sure if this is the case in this particular outbreak, but these sorts of things Edited me off. I had a lot of friends who wrestled in high school (I gave up the ghost after 7th grade). All it takes is one kid who doesn't report a case, one coach or parent who looks the other way instead of pulling someone from a meet or tournament, and pretty soon an entire team or league has it. These things spread like wildfire for obvious reasons and can ruin the season for a lot of kids. Not being allowed on the mat, even for practice, for eight days can be enough to throw someone off. My guess is that the Nebraska teams will have to be a lot more vigilant before they get invited back to that tournament next year.

I hope all the trolls on this board havent made the mods delete happy.

It's true...that was a perfect Plotkin reference. Admin, though, proves the complete and utter ignorance of this "reporter," because if you missed the whole thread, Plotkin's mistake is almost too stupid to be believable.
