...and Craig Smith, according to the people that visit bigeast.org! www.bigeast.org/sports/mbball/index.asp89% of respondents thought that Brandon was the best player to wear the #1 jersey in the Big East. 4078 people had voted by the time I cast my ballot for Bowman. I am a regular visitor and contributor to this board, but I have not seen a concerted effort to rally Hoya fans to the site to vote for Brandon. If there actually HAS BEEN an effort, this board has only about 1000 members, with probably half active, and probably another 250-500 active "lurkers". My thesis is that this poll convincingly shows that there are still a bunch of Georgetown fans out there, many more than just us here at hoyatalk. I mean, Brandon KILLED the media darlings of the big east!!! EDIT: I stand corrected, there was an "effort". Somehow I didn't see it, even though it seems like this is my first stop on the internet after email. Well, it still shows that we have the most DEDICATED fans!!!!

Actually, a few of us just went over there and voted a couple hundred times. But that doesn't account for all the votes so it it still kind of legit.

Look - I'm not saying we cheated - all I'm saying is that things happened and mistakes were made ....

I doubt any poll containing a Hoya player or the team loses for rest of the year

Actually the same method works for ESPN polls too if you guys want to rig polls related to Syracuse, Duke, and Georgetown as well ...

CLEARLY Brandon Bowman is superior to Hakim Warrick! How plain does it have to be? Nice work.

I've been wondering recently if/where Brandon and Ashanti's Westchester teammates are playing college basketball. I've heard that Brandon was the fourth best player in that team's starting lineup...must have been a ridiculous team. Anyone have any info?
