How did I know this would somehow necessitate its own thread? Simmons following his same tired, old formula:
Boston sports, some song he likes, self-referencing note, Boston Sports, knock the Jets/Yankees/Knicks/Giants, Saved By The Bell, dumb "theory," Boston sports... yawn.
I read the column out of my love for YouTube, but only about half those were worthwhile, anyway. Such a dope...

ya i wasted like an hour on that article earlier...a few gems, but the rest i didnt enjoy. I lost all love for the sports guy after his two articles on the NBA finals.

It's interesting, because I have on occcasion found 'Sports Guy' amusing, but I often feel like I'm reading the same article over and over again these days. How long can he go writing about Boston, Vegas, and Wrestling? Still, he's obviously popular, I note that he has his own slot now on the front page, rather than being lumped in with Forde, Jackson, and Wojciechowski.

Simmons has officially lost all relevance...The proof is in the pudding! This guy just recently learned of YouTube?
I will admit that if he would have had the ability to write what the guys on other blogs write...Who knows!
