Dude was a stud in the Big East. He should not have been a second rounder. All he needs is a chance to play.

Considering some of the stiffs the Celtics have on their roster, it is amazing to me that he has not gotten more run before this.

Yeah, the lesson here has to be that if a guy tears up the Big East for 4 seasons and has the body of professional wrestler, he can do some damage in the NBA. I told all my Boston friends that he would be good.

Say what you will about Ainge (I for one am a fan), but the man sure can spot talent in the draft. He thought about taking Gomes in the first round, but then realized he would still be there at the end of the second.
