ESPN News is reporting that "barring any unforeseen setbacks" TO will play in the Super Bowl. sports.espn.go.com/nfl/playoffs04/news/story?id=1977199My bet is he'll be used as a decoy, somewhat akin to Moss against Tennessee (the game after he hurt his hamstring) and he'll be about as effective.

He will not play as a decoy. If he is in, he's getting some balls.
(Go ahead, chuckle...it's funny!)
Seriously, Andy Reid won't let him play unless he's able to go full speed and contribute to the offense. My guess is he doesn't play. He will definitely suit up, but he won't play.
Although, it would behoove Coach Reid to let the Patriots believe he might play, as that would force them to at least game-plan a little for him. The NFL won't be happy if he says Owens will play and the he doesn't. However, I expect a status of "questionable" to be assigned to Terrell Owens, and the ever-popular "game-time decision" will be made. They say Bill Belichick is as tight-lipped as they come. Andy Reid is just as good at saying nothing.

Yawn.
Doesn't make any difference either way.
