This upcoming weekend the Mens and Womens teams will both be having their Senior days. It'd be great to get as many people out to these games as possible. The Men play Marquette at 1pm on Saturday. The women play Notre dame at 1pm on Sunday.
Hoya blue is running a 7v7 Soccer tournament after the women's game on Sunday in conjunction with the Breast Cancer awareness group. The game starts at 1 and the soccer tournament should start around 3. The tournament entry cost is 5 dollars per person of 25 for a team of 7.Proceeds obviously go to help in the fight against Breast Cancer. Email your roster to IBleedHoyaBlue@gmail.com.
Before the Men's game Goals Unlimited essentially the hoop club of soccer is running a free 3v3 soccer tournament and providing refreshments. The finalists of the 3v3 will play each other at half time of the mens game. Email your roster to tjh9.

Good win today for the Men Hoyas. We won 1-0 in OT. The men had great control of the ball and the game the whole time.

On Sunday, the women flirt with a huge upset but ultimately fall to top-ranked Notre Dame, 1-0. Good effort from the girls today, they are capable of competing with top teams, but the problem all year long was that they haven't been able to find ways to score.
All in all, the weekend wrapped up two disappointing seasons for men and women's soccer, but at least it was a success in the stands from a student perspective. Here's to the Hoya Hooligans, who with the help of HSB and British Matt, will no doubt be in full force again next year.
